Terms of Service

Point PDKS is a cloud-based employee time and attendance service providing location-verified clock-in/out, shift and leave management, and attendance reporting. The service is provided with its current features ("as is").

Access to the service takes place through a company code assigned to the business. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their account credentials and for actions carried out under their accounts. For security, an employee account may be locked to a device at first sign-in.

• Use the service only in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Refrain from attempts that endanger the security of the system; do not attempt to manipulate location verification.
• As the relevant business is the data controller, manage employee personal data in compliance with the legislation.

The Point PDKS software, trademarks and all related content belong to CNUTLABS. The business is granted only the right to use the service for the duration of the subscription; this right is non-transferable.

The service is provided with reasonable care without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages. CNUTLABS cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from the business's failure to fulfil its own obligations.

The parties may terminate the subscription in accordance with the relevant conditions. Upon termination of the contract, the export and deletion of data is carried out according to the principles set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy.

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes, the competent courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye have jurisdiction.
