Install the app
Employees install the iOS or Android app and sign up with your company code in seconds. Device pairing binds each account to a single phone.
Check in on site
On arrival, one tap checks them in. The system verifies GPS against the office locations and radius you define, and detects and logs fake-location attempts.
Timesheets, done
Late arrivals, early leaves, overtime and leaves are calculated automatically. Export attendance, leave and overtime reports to Excel in one click.

Data Protection
Biometric tracking is now banned.
We never used it.
Principle Decision 2026/921 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Official Gazette, 02.06.2026) ruled that processing biometric data — fingerprints, face recognition — for attendance tracking is unlawful, even with the employee's explicit consent.
Point PDKS has worked without biometric data from day one: check-ins are recorded with a GPS location check performed only at the moment of check-in. Device pairing and fake-location detection provide security without touching biometric data.
