Distance Sales Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the provision of the Point PDKS cloud-based employee time and attendance service on a subscription basis. The service is a digital service that requires no physical delivery.

The service is offered with tiered pricing based on the number of employees. The current price band is shown on the Pricing page and may change; the applicable fee is the amount confirmed at the time of the order.

The 14-day trial period is free of charge. The paid subscription transition and payment infrastructure will go live in the future.

As the payment infrastructure is not yet live, no fees are collected in the current version. Payment methods and conditions will be set out in detail in this document once the paid subscription goes live.

Due to the nature of digital content and services, withdrawal exceptions under the legislation may apply to services whose performance begins with the consumer's consent and which are performed instantly. Once the paid subscription goes live, the conditions regarding the right of withdrawal will be clearly stated.

As the trial period is free of charge, no payment obligation arises during the trial process.

The service becomes accessible online once the account is created and the company code is defined. No physical delivery is involved.

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set out in the relevant legislation.
